The hotel rooms were a bit out of date and smelt of smoke, but they did have an iron which worked excellently. The staff seemed genuinely happy in their roles and were extremely helpful and friendly, although I wouldn't put them in a yard sale. The location was convenient, close to the airport and downtown Kalispell, but the neighborhood seemed decent despite the unsanitary experience of chairs stacked on the tables. The dining options were limited to just toast and muffins, and the property felt a bit tired and overpriced. On the positive side, the rooms made up for any shortcomings on the outside of the building, and it worked well for our needs.
